Limited Lifetime Warranty
The manufacturer warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for the life of the product. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, and return postage, which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the original dated sales receipt.
Care & Cleaning
This photo is what happens to a BORDERTOWN BLADES® knife that was improperly cared for. This particular knife was put in a dishwasher. BORDERTOWN BLADES® knives are NOT dishwasher safe. In order to best preserve their beauty and functionality, please always hand wash and towel dry after use. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage due to failure to follow care instructions. Many knives will stain and patina over time and with use. This is a natural process and not a defect of the materials or workmanship.
